FESPA 2018: INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY AND NEW SOLUTIONS

During a week all about screen, digital, and textile printing, MH&P machines are a must-see at the tradeshow. We are excited to welcome the FESPA Global Print Expo, Europe’s largest exhibition for global print solutions, in our home-city Berlin. From May 15 to 18, 2018, more than 700 exhibitors from 125 countries will present the best digital printing solutions and their applications in the printing industry. We will exhibit the top-sellers from our product portfolio:

  • MHP V-Plug – our newest stretcher bar assembly machine
  • MHP ST – the first automatic, process-controlled, and integrated canvas stretching solution designed and made in our Berlin “workshop”
  • MHP SF – the perfect solution for automated and cost-effective canvas stretching

Our product range covers the entire spectrum of automated canvas stretching. Our different machine models serve all needs including individual orders, small and medium-sized series, as well as mass productions.

The MHP SF truly lives up to its name “Speedframer”, as the ultimate solution for automated and cost-efficient canvas stretching. It handles medium and large orders, with constant format changes as well as bigger sizes up to 160 x 160 cm. The MHP SF is equipped with advanced stapler technology holding more than 8,000 needles, ideal for long production runs without constant refilling. The MHP ST manages up to 150 stretched canvases per hour with a maximum size of 100 x 100 cm, but is in no way inferior to its bigger brother. The frame assembly machine MHP V-PLUG forms the ideal complement in the production line.

You can experience these machines live at the MH&P booth at FESPA 2018. More importantly, you will see how the versatile MHP V-PLUG can be integrated into a production line with the MHP SF and MHP SP, to form an efficient workflow.

Which customer needs are focused on during the development of MH&P’s different machines?

Many of our clients constantly deal with images in new dimensions. With varying image formats, the flexibility that our machines can offer is extremely important. Ultimately, the canvas stretching machine has to treat each print as a unique copy, even under time pressure and high quantities. Semi-automatic allrounders like the MHP SF produce up to 220 drum-tight stretched canvases per hour in different formats, with no additional tools and no extra work with wedges needed.

In view of the high cost pressure on the international markets, the main focus of our engineers is to ensure a quick return on investment. Some of our customers produce up to 40,000 units per day – a machine that offers a 500 percent quality increase with just 20 percent price difference is a huge step.

We at MH&P have invested many years in the technical development of our semi and fully automatic solutions. Internally, with a wink, we call ourselves an “innovative garage company”. Behind this somewhat uncouth name lie the strict standards we work by: precision and commitment in product design and absolute reliability in operation and maintenance. Our learning curve continues to grow upward each day. Our customers, who have been loyal to us for 25 years, have earned nothing else.

We are looking forward welcoming you at our stand A.21 Halle 3.2 from May 15 through 18, 2018 at the FESPA, the world’s largest exhibition for digital printing technology. Messe Berlin, Messedamm 22, 14055 Berlin, Germany.
