Sneak-Preview of new MHP EasyFrame at Dscoop 2023 #EdgeStLouis

MHP will feature a sneak-preview of the new EasyFrame assembly machine for small and medium volume canvas producers.
The EasyFrame is the ideal automation solution for the assembly of tongue-and-groove stretcher bars into perfect square frames ready for stretching. It’s fast, flexible, and EASY! The preview will take place in MHP’s Virtual Reality Production Experience and provide more deep dives into MHP’s other frame assembly and canvas stretching machines. The captured processes highlight workflow optimization while embracing new products and manufacturing challenges. The VR experience transports the viewer directly into the production for a real-time, authentic experience.
MHP will also feature its flagship crowd-pleaser: the Canvas Drumkit! MHP’s canvas stretching technology is known for its drum-tight stretch and perfect artist quality. Our drumkit is constructed of stretched canvas in various tension ranges for a real drumming experience. This extreme test is a fun and interactive demonstration of the canvas tension producers can expect with MHP stretching machines.
Dscoop visitors are welcome to try out both the VR Production Experience and the Canvas Drumkit. As a specialist in automation for large format canvas production, MHP will also contribute to HP’s large format initiatives at the Dscoop Expo.
