MHP will premiere its new EasyFrame assembly machine ideal for small and medium sized runs as well as one-off production of stretcher frames.
The EasyFrame is the ideal automation solution for the assembly of tongue-and-groove stretcher bars into perfect square frames ready for stretching. It’s fast, flexible, and EASY! The EasyFrame will be featured at the booth alongside an MHP ST STMaster canvas stretching machine, the highly efficient plug-and-play solution for small and medium formats. Also on hand will be MHP’s Virtual Reality – VR Production Experience for a deep dive into automated workflow. The captured processes highlight operational optimization while embracing new products and manufacturing challenges. The VR experience transports the viewer directly into the production for a real-time, authentic experience.
MHP will also feature its flagship crowd-pleaser: the Canvas Drumkit! MHP’s canvas stretching technology is known for its drum-tight stretch and perfect artist quality. Our drumkit is constructed of stretched canvas in various tension ranges for a real drumming experience. This extreme test is a fun and interactive demonstration of the canvas tension producers can expect with MHP stretching machines.
Fespa visitors are welcome to participate in live machine demos as well as try out the VR Production Experience and play drums on the Canvas Drumkit.
