FESPA 2019: FRAME & STRETCH – AN EXPLOSION OF POSSIBILITIES BY HALL A5 F51

The FESPA Global Print Expo is the most important meeting of the year for screen, digital and textile printing industry. From the 14^th to 17^th of May 2019, hundreds of exhibitors specialized in the best of digital printing will gather to share their latest products and innovations in Munich. MH+P Technology has invested many years in the development of semi-automatic and fully automatic solutions for stretched canvases. For almost 30 years, we have been constantly exploring and optimizing ways to increase production in stretcher frame manufacturing with the aim of achieving consistent premium quality with minimal manpower. In the connected canvas production MH+P – Das Keilrahmen Werk®, we test new solutions and daily produce thousands of stretcher frames in our modern production environment in the middle of Berlin. At FESPA 2019 there will be a firework of novelties. The new entry-level model, the MHP SB 80, will be presented exclusively. The answer for all those who want to start automatic production even with small budgets and do not want to make any compromises in terms of quality, flexibility and simple handling.
The robust classic in the range line, the MHP ST is now available in 4 sizes for formats from 20×20 cm to 120x120cm. It has undergone a general technological overhaul and is equipped with many new features. The standard capacity of the staplers has been increased by 50%. An increase in production capacity of 150 pieces per hour is now exceeded. However, new standards are also being set in the areas of safety, acoustics and processing of different strip heights.
The MHP SF is the perfect solution for automated, flexible and cost-effective screen covering. It can handle medium and large quantities with frequent format changes, different strip heights and formats from 20×20 cm to 160×200 cm.  The stapler magazine holds more than 8,000 staples, so longer production times are possible without time-consuming refilling.
With the MHP SFL, also new in the range, the product family of the Speedframer has been extended for particularly fast production cycles. The extra long table from 100×250 cm up to 160×250 cm increases the production capacity enormously.

The market environment for POS and merchandising has repeatedly demanded solutions for production possibilities in XXL format. The new MHP SFXL with table dimensions of 180x180cm, 200x200cm or 200x250cm fulfils these criteria perfectly. Automatic XXL production with constant, high quality and fast format changes in seconds is no longer a vision, but a reality.
